AgriConnection has expanded its portfolio with recently acquired post-patent assets from Nutrien and products supplied by partner companies. The strategy aims to increase the company's presence in the distribution of agricultural inputs, according to Milton Paiva, Marketing Director of AgriConnection, who explained part of the company's strategy during the Andav 2026 Congress.

The company's portfolio includes its own brands, products under research and development, and solutions in the market entry phase. AgriConnection also seeks products with an already defined commercial structure. According to Paiva, the combination of these approaches aims to create a broad portfolio to serve distributors.

In distribution, AgriConnection operates with different models depending on the region. The South and Southeast regions show a strong presence of distribution channels. The Cerrado region also maintains a presence of these channels, but registers a higher percentage of direct sales.

The company also began offering credit to distributors. According to Paiva, AgriConnection maintains a partnership with a fund and created an Investment Fund for Agro-industrial Production Chains - Fiagro. The initiative seeks to finance operations related to chemical pesticides and fertilizers.

Another area of focus involves Agripedia, a company belonging to the AgriConnection group. This operation works on engineering new products through the combination of active ingredients and the adjustment of concentrations.

Agripedia maintains partnerships with Chinese and Indian companies that own molecules and research. AgriConnection intends to use this information to apply for registrations in Brazil and develop new products for the national market.
