AgriConnection will expand its fertilizer operation after registering growth of around 30% in 2026. The new structure is being presented during the Global Agribusiness Festival (GAFFFF) 2026, this Thursday (10/1) and Friday (10/2), in São Paulo, and foresees the integration of commercial teams to increase the volume traded and expand the company's presence among producers.

The move comes in a segment where fertilizers can represent about 40% of crop production costs. In a market subject to price and availability fluctuations, as well as the influence of the origin of raw materials and the international scenario, the company intends to combine input supply, market information, and credit to support purchasing decisions.

Rafael Almeida, responsible for industry relations and market monitoring, will continue to lead AgriConnection Fertilizers. Evaldo Carvalho, CCO and founder of AgriConnection, will now assume responsibility for the business division.

The growth plan is also supported by commercial relationships with companies such as Mosaic and JBS. Mosaic operates in the production and marketing of fertilizers, especially phosphate and potassium fertilizers, while JBS participates in the segment with the production of organic fertilizers. These connections broaden the supply alternatives offered to producers.

Since starting its fertilizer operations in 2026, revenue has grown by approximately 30%, reaching R$ 330 million. With commercial integration, the company aims to increase its traded volume and expand its market share.

“Having access to the product isn’t enough. Producers need to understand the origin of the raw materials, monitor prices, supply and demand, and identify the best time to buy. This is the combination we aim to offer to support better-planned decisions,” says Evaldo Carvalho.

Credit expands support for producers.

Another aspect of the operation is credit, through AgriConnection Finance, led by Flavio Mata, the company's CEO. This area offers financial solutions aimed at enabling operations and investments in the field, complementing the company's commercial activities.

“We are connecting different fronts to expand support for producers. The goal is to bring together access to suppliers, market intelligence, commercial guidance, and credit to provide better conditions for planning and decision-making,” says Flavio Mata.

Partnership with Datagro

During GAFFFF, AgriConnection also strengthens its partnership with Datagro, the event's creator. The cooperation foresees the use of data and analyses on prices, supply, demand, and other factors that influence the fertilizer market, incorporating market intelligence into purchasing planning.

“AgriConnection is a great partner of Datagro, present at GAFFFF since the first edition. Our partnership goes beyond events; together we create connections that amplify the voice of agriculture in the segments where we operate, and we go further, generating information and intelligence for businesses,” says Luiz Felipe Nastari, director of Datagro and creator of GAFFFF.

According to the company, choosing GAFFFF to present the initiative brings the company closer to different agents involved in the sector's decisions. "The event brings together, in the same environment, those who produce, those who supply, those who finance, and those who generate data and intelligence for agribusiness—connections that are part of the expansion of AgriConnection's fertilizer operation," it concludes.
