Adama and the input distributor and grain producer Sementes Roos were together on an experience in China, between the 15th and 30th of June. The objective of the trip was to promote the immersion of 15 producers who have commercial relations with the two companies in the Asian country, as well as the opportunity to get to know the culture and customs of cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Xian up close.
"This is the first time that we have committed our efforts to this initiative of integration and dissemination of knowledge with Sementes Roos, a great business partner that works together with Adama with the purpose of bringing simplicity to the farmer's life and contributing to productivity in crops", highlights the company's Regional Sales Manager, Silvio Biasuz.
During the journey, the group, made up of soybean and corn seed producers, participated in lectures with professionals from Adama China and visited Chinese farmers, in addition to visiting the headquarters of the ChemChina holding and several tourist attractions in the country. Taken together, all these activities provided a great professional, marketing and cultural immersion.
"We are very pleased and hope that it was the first of many experiences of this nature, as it was possible to integrate producers into a broader and more contextualized approach to the global dynamics of the agro market, in force today. With this, we can ensure that the partnership is strengthened not only in the operational field, but also in the relationship between everyone who works for the good of the sector'', reinforces Biasuz.
