Acadian Sea Beyond, an independent seaweed harvesting, cultivation, and extraction company, will participate in Conexão Abisolo, an event that brings together the Organic Matrix Fertilizer Forum and the Biofertilizer Symposium, on October 22nd and 23rd in Campinas, São Paulo. This presence reinforces the company's strategy of strengthening relationships, fostering business, and showcasing technological innovations to a highly qualified audience.

According to Bruno Carloto, strategic marketing manager at Acadian in Brazil and Paraguay, being at Conexão Abisolo is an opportunity to showcase the technologies developed from Ascophyllum nodosum, a seaweed recognized for its benefits as a biostimulant for agriculture. He highlights that this year the company is intensifying its communication campaign, which highlights the role of seaweed extract Ascophyllum nodosum in the biostimulation of plants, contributing to productivity gains and greater sustainability.

During the event, the company will also present the second edition of its Sea Beyond Tech magazine, dedicated to Productivity & Sustainability. The publication features case studies of increased yields across different crops and countries in Latin America, demonstrating the concrete results achieved using Acadian seaweed extracts.

In Brazil, Acadian operates primarily in the B2B segment, highlighting its strategic partnership with Koppert, which expands the reach and effectiveness of its solutions in the field. Furthermore, the company maintains a strong presence in the fertilizer formulation market. "The events promoted by Abisolo are essential for solidifying partnerships, reinforcing our commitment to the sector, and identifying new business opportunities," says Carloto.

The seaweed Ascophyllum nodosum It is unique to the cold waters of the North Atlantic and grows in intertidal zones, where it faces extreme conditions. Each cycle, the plant endures immersion in saltwater during high tide and dehydration at low tide, as well as temperature variations ranging from 38°C in summer to -22°C in winter. This adaptation to challenging environments has led to the development of bioactive compounds capable of conferring high resistance to environmental stresses.

These unique characteristics are the basis of the extracts produced by Acadian, which play a fundamental role in soil and crop health, consolidating the company as a reference in innovative solutions for more efficient and sustainable agriculture.
