AGCO announced the appointment of Jena Holtberg-Benge as Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO). She will assume the role on March 16, 2026. The company seeks to expand its digital transformation and sustain global growth.

Holtberg-Benge has been with AGCO since 2023. During that time, he led the aftermarket spare parts area. The operation achieved growth through cost discipline and the expansion of digital initiatives based on artificial intelligence for dealers and producers.

In her new role, the executive will lead the company's digital, data, and information technology strategy. The work includes information security and the development of scalable capabilities to support the company's growth plans.

According to AGCO's president, chairman, and CEO, Eric Hansotia, the executive combines experience in the agricultural sector with the ability to integrate technology, operations, and organizational culture to drive results. The executive also highlighted her skill in building teams and leading change in a rapidly evolving artificial intelligence environment.

The new CDIO brings over 20 years of experience in agribusiness-related activities. She has worked in manufacturing, digital solutions, operations, and business development. She has also led technological transformation and core platform modernization programs, with a focus on e-commerce initiatives.

Holtberg-Benge will work at AGCO's global headquarters in Duluth, Georgia, United States. She holds a master's degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor's degree in international studies from Vassar College.
