The transformations accelerated by artificial intelligence, digitalization, and changes in market behavior are imposing a new rhythm on the marketing areas of agribusiness companies, agencies, and media outlets. To discuss this scenario and prepare professionals for the challenges of the coming years, the Brazilian Association of Rural and Agribusiness Marketing (ABMRA) will hold the 18th ABMRA Agribusiness Marketing Congress on November 25th in São Paulo (SP), considered the main Brazilian event focused on marketing, communication, and strategic management in agribusiness.

With the theme "The New Rhythm of Agribusiness Marketing," the congress will bring together specialists, executives, business leaders, and professionals from the sector for a day of original content, exchange of experiences, and discussions of the main trends that are redefining the role of marketing in agribusiness.

The program was structured around five major thematic areas: Leadership, Intelligence, Strategy, Compliance, and Communication. Each panel will address the impacts of technological and market transformations on brand management, decision-making, team development, the strategic use of artificial intelligence, corporate governance, and the construction of relevant positioning in an increasingly competitive environment.

According to ABMRA's president, Ricardo Nicodemos, the event is a space for strategic updating for professionals in the sector. "The ABMRA Congress is, in practice, an MBA in a single day. We bring together experts who are experiencing the market's transformations to share applicable knowledge, trends, and experiences that help professionals face current challenges and, above all, prepare for the future of marketing in agribusiness. More than just keeping up with changes, we want to contribute to training leaders capable of guiding this new reality with strategy, long-term vision, and adaptability," he states.

According to the Congress director, Wanderson Tosta, both the central theme and the composition of the panels were defined based on the transformations that daily impact executives responsible for marketing, communication, and business areas in agribusiness companies, agencies, and media outlets operating in the sector.

"The choice of theme and panels was the result of a careful analysis of the challenges that professionals face today. We sought to build a program connected to the reality of the entire agricultural communication ecosystem, addressing topics that go beyond trends and deliver reflections, strategies, and insights capable of supporting decisions in an environment marked by speed, technological innovation, and increasing complexity. Our goal is for each participant to leave the Congress with the repertoire and tools to transform knowledge into a competitive advantage," adds Tosta.

Throughout its history, the ABMRA Agribusiness Marketing Congress has established itself as the leading Brazilian forum dedicated to the evolution of marketing in agribusiness, promoting meetings between companies, agencies, consultancies, research institutions, and professionals responsible for building strategies that strengthen the sector's competitiveness.
