40th edition of the São Paulo Phytopathology Congress already has a date set

The XL São Paulo Congress of Phytopathology will take place from February 07th to 09th, 2017 at the Agronomic Institute (IAC), in Campinhas, SP. Since 1978, the event has been promoted by the Associação Paulista de Phytopathologia (APF) annually, in partnership with Research Institutions and Universities in the State of São Paulo.

The event brings together teaching, research and extension professionals from the public and private sector, undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as professionals from the input, equipment, agricultural pesticides, software, farmers and laboratory products industries. The objective of the Congress is to present scientific and technological advances, disseminate knowledge, form working groups and discuss new research and innovation topics in the area of ​​plant diseases.

Furthermore, the participation of technicians from production chains enables the integration of research/teaching/innovation to guarantee the growth of agribusiness.
