1st Weed.Con will be organized by the Brazilian Society of Weed Science

Since March 2020, we have been in a very challenging scenario, following the developments of Covid-19 in our routines. As agriculture does not stop, and neither do the problems caused by the presence of weeds, the Brazilian Society of Weed Science (SBCPD) understood the need to seek a new event format, completely digital, to integrate researchers, farmers, technicians and students at a time of social distancing.

Therefore, the 1st Weed.Con will be held between the 16th and 18th of November 2020, with lectures, debates, mini-courses and presentations of work related to weeds, extended to all Brazilian regions. Registrants will be able to participate in mini-courses and presentation of academic work. Also, lectures will be given by herbology experts from different countries, where everyone will be able to interact with questions and doubts.
