Integrated management is the highlight of Bayer CropScience at XIII Enfrute

The XIII Enfrute – National Meeting on Temperate Fruit Growing takes place between the 23rd and 25th of July in Fraiburgo (SC), one of the main apple producing centers in Brazil. Participating once again in this important fair, Bayer CropScience presents visitors with its solutions for apple cultivation, with emphasis on the fungicide/bactericide Serenade®, the first biological control product in its portfolio, and the integrated management program PINBa – Prevention Integrated Bayer. In addition, the company promotes an international lecture during the event.

Serenade® is a registered product for onion, apple and strawberry crops, acting as a farmer's ally in controlling diseases and managing resistance to fungicides (rotation of biological and chemical products), which can compromise plant productivity and final quality of what is produced. To explain more about the benefits of Serenade®, the company will have a space in the conference program, with a talk by specialist Denise Manker, from the United States, responsible for the development of Serenade®.

The company will also take the opportunity to demonstrate its integrated management program PINBa – Bayer Integrated Prevention, which provides differentiated information and technical support for the preparation and implementation of a plan for preventive treatment of crops, whose objective is to offer technical support to the farmer, to so that it can obtain the desired productivity and quality required by the market.

Enfrute is the main fruit growing event in a temperate climate in Brazil, held by Epagri (Agricultural Research and Rural Extension Company of Santa Catarina S.A.), Uniarp (Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe University, Agronomy Course) and Fraiburgo City Hall , with support from Embrapa and the Government of Santa Catarina, and takes place between the 23rd and 25th of July at Parque da Maçã, in Fraiburgo (SC).
