LS MT1.25 Tractor

The MT1.25, launched by LS Tractor in 2018, is considered a subcompact agricultural tractor, capable of carrying out the most diverse agricultural operations, but also in domestic or industrial environments.

As part of the celebrations of five years of tractor production in Brazil, LS Tractor brings another global project from the company to the market. Launched in the United States in 2017, the MT1.25 is the brand's youngest and comes to suit the most varied property sizes, with state-of-the-art technology. These tractors were custom designed for small farm owners, stud farm owners, commercial users and for the most diverse applications. The model includes a high standard of technical features with superior performance.
The MT1.25 is currently the smallest tractor available on the Brazilian market, in the subcompact segment with 4WD, equipped with a diesel engine and hydrostatic transmission with two speeds (Low and High). Its dimensions allow it to maneuver in small and confined spaces, it is designed to be versatile for applications on different fronts that require strength. Even with its small size, it comes with the option to mount a front loader and central brush cutter.

MOTORIZATION

The engine that powers the MT1.25 is also a compact three-cylinder design, ready to meet the most stringent emissions regulations, complying with environmental standards (MAR-I). The smaller number of components in friction will cause less mechanical loss and improve efficiency in the consumption ratio, resulting in excellent working torque.
The engine is model 3TNV80F, with Tier 4 emissions control technology, with indirect injection, water-cooled, with 17,2 hp at TDP and a nominal speed of 3.000 rpm. The fuel tank has a capacity of 25 liters.
The tractors sold by LS Tractor have been notable for their compact construction and high productivity with low consumption. This model arrives on the market with an innovative high-tech proposal, where the differences begin with the engine and extend to the powertrain and all technical characteristics. 

POWER TRAIN
The MT1.25 is equipped with HST Transmission, hydrostatic transmission. It has steering defined by double pedal, forward and reverse, simple and comfortable, two speed ranges: High and Low, wet brakes with multi-discs.

Another highlight of this model is the Cruise Control system, which makes driving at work easier. This device has the specific function of fixing the speed defined by the HST scale (high or low) and the engine speed.
The speed control (travel) is located just below the steering wheel, on the right side. Its function is to generate stability in the tractor's movement, maintaining regular speed, which ultimately allows the operator to turn his attention to the work being carried out.
The system is disabled when the brake pedal or HST pedals are pressed, guaranteeing maximum operational safety. Its operation is very similar to systems applied in vehicles to maintain a fixed speed during a trip.

FRONT DRIVE AND PTO
This model has front-wheel drive with mechanical drive – 4WD, making it possible to change from 2WD to 4WD with a simple movement of the lever.
The PTO is independently activated through a selector located on the tractor panel, next to the steering wheel, where the operator can turn the device on and off.
The Power Take-Off selector lever allows the operator to select the activation of only the rear PTO or only the Center PTO (Mid - TDP) or both at the same time. The central power take-off, which is standard, works at 2.500rpm. The rear power take-off works at 540rpm.

HYDRAULIC LIFT AND REMOTE CONTROL
The hydraulic lift, category 1, has a smooth response drive and three-point lifting capacity of 440kg, with lift control per position. The two-valve remote control has a flow capacity of 25L/m. These same valves will be used to control the front loader, when it is assembled. 

WEIGHTS AND DIMENSIONS
The MT1.25 has a total length at 3pt of 2.473mm, a wheelbase of 1.423mm, a total width with tires of 1.195mm, a height to the top of the Rops of 2.210mm and a total ballast weight of 655kg. The front wheels are 18x8.5-10 and the rear wheels are 26x12-12.

OPERATOR'S STATION

This model is equipped with a hydrostatic steering system, which provides high comfort to the operator, facilitates maneuvers, improves control over the equipment and reduces fatigue.
The MT1.25 was designed to be used in a domestic, agricultural or industrial environment, with adequate power for a tractor with these size and performance configurations. Despite its size, the operator's position has a high standard of comfort and ample space, creating an environment with ergonomics and usability. 
The great highlight of the new LS Tractor model is the visibility for greater safety at work. The positioning of the controls is at your fingertips, allowing precise and easy operations. The differential lock lever is located within easy reach of the operator, just below the seat.

BRUSHMOWER AND FRONT LOADER
The brush cutter, which can be installed on the central PTO, has adjustable cutting height and can be adjusted with a simple turn of the selector knob. The height of the free space between the brush cutter and the ground can reach 15cm.
A joystick-style control lever is multifunctional, facilitates work with the front loader and to facilitate its use it has a quick coupling system. 
The front loader (Loader) has a hitch lifting capacity of 457kg and an unloading height of 1.830mm.
