Stara started 2026 reaffirming its core values of innovation and constant evolution, presenting the market with new products that combine efficiency, robustness, and performance.

Among the new features is the next generation of the Absoluta planter, developed to provide excellent planting performance and high yield, even in challenging soil conditions. By combining autonomous operation and onboard technology, the machine integrates features that ensure greater stability to the planting rows, precision in seed placement, and higher quality at each stage of the operation.

Copying the terrain

Available in 24 to 49 rows, the Absoluta meets different production scales. One of the machine's distinguishing features is the Stara Integrated Copying system, which performs triple soil copying, combining chassis articulation by hydraulic pistons, module copying, and individual seed row copying.

The chassis articulation via hydraulic pistons maintains uniform line pressure from end to end, with adjustments made directly by the Topper 6500 controller. There is a total articulation of 20°, ten upwards and ten downwards, allowing adaptation to the terrain without compromising stability.

In the modules, the articulation range ensures that all rows follow the ground consistently. In the seed row, individual articulation ensures adequate depth and prevents seeds from falling outside the furrow. The combined row achieves a total articulation of 1,20 m, providing excellent performance on all terrains.

The Absoluta machine features the Stara Integrated Copying System, which consists of the articulation of three fundamental points of the machine, located on the chassis, modules, and lines.

Pressure control and line stability

Another key feature of the new Absoluta is the hydraulic pressure control in the seed lines. The system ensures constant pressure, reduces vibrations, and maintains stability during operation. Adjustments are made via the Topper 6500, which facilitates adjustments according to the area's needs.

The cutting power is also adjusted directly on the Topper 6500. The modules adapt automatically, eliminating the need for shims or manual lifting. In addition, the excellent straw flow helps prevent clogging and maintain operational efficiency, an important factor in ensuring uniform planting.

Electrical dosing and precision in distribution.

The Absoluta is equipped with the Stara Electric Doser, the DPS-E, which ensures precise distribution, reducing skips and double seed placement.

In addition to standing out for its ease of cleaning and maintenance, provided by easy access to its interior for changing discs and ejectors, the DPS-E compensates for seed rates on curves, maintaining uniform population and spacing on both the inner and outer rows of the curve.

The proven variable rate system is also present, as is the Row-by-Row Shutoff, which prevents overlapping in finishing and border areas, providing seed savings and increasing productivity.

Factory-installed direct furrow spraying system

Absoluta also stands out for having a factory-installed direct furrow spraying system, requiring no adaptations. This technology allows for automatic shut-off per section, saving product, and adjusts the application rate according to speed, ensuring quality and uniformity in spraying. It also features an agitation mechanism that keeps the spray mixture in constant circulation in the reservoir.

Finally, the Absoluta is equipped with a product incorporator with a 14 L capacity, which facilitates the preparation of the spray mixture. Additionally, the clean water reservoir in the machine allows for easy cleaning of the system after use, contributing to unobstructed operation.

Small seed system

One of the great advantages of the new Absoluta variety is that it incorporates, from the factory, a small seed system, which allows for the intercropping of two or more species in the same area, expanding the possibilities for soil management and coverage.

The distribution is carried out by pneumatic pressure, ensuring precise dosage, while the rate adjustment is performed directly on the Topper 6500, with dosages starting from 2 kg/ha.

Composed of two sections, the system allows for switching off to perform finishing touches, preventing overlap and providing savings.

Reservoirs: autonomy and performance

With great operational autonomy, Absoluta's reservoirs are centrally located, providing easy refilling. Being pressurized, they guarantee efficient feeding of seed poppers. Furthermore, they are produced in polyethylene, offering greater resistance to corrosion and protection of the seeds.

The spray tank has three layers, with the central thermal layer insulated by two other layers of polyethylene, which ensures thermal efficiency and protection from light, guaranteeing the biological activity of the products.

Capacities vary depending on the chassis. In models with a three-module chassis, the hopper capacities are: 4.266 L of seeds, 2.400 L of liquid, and 1.100 L of small seeds. In models with a five-module chassis, the hopper capacities are: 5.700 L of seeds, 3.200 L of liquid, and 1.100 L of small seeds.

Combined with their large capacities, the size of the reservoirs contributes to increasing operational efficiency, as it allows for the simultaneous supply of inputs, reducing the need for downtime and providing greater efficiency in field activities.

In addition to great autonomy, Absoluta's reservoirs offer proportionality, enabling the simultaneous supply of inputs.

Robustness and simplified maintenance

With its robust structure, the Absoluta provides excellent performance in the field. High-flotation tires contribute to greater stability and less soil compaction. Maintenance is also simplified, with lubrication recommended only before planting, avoiding interruptions during operation. Furthermore, the machine has no grease points on the rows, providing even greater convenience.

Practicality and speed in transportation.

With a width of 3,20 m for transport, the Absoluta offers practicality in moving between plots and properties. To accommodate it on flatbed trucks, it is only necessary to disassemble the end lines of the central module. Furthermore, opening and closing the machine takes less than a minute with just a touch of the Topper 6500, ensuring greater operational efficiency.

Integration with the Land Space ecosystem

Absoluta is integrated into Land Space, Stara's technology ecosystem, also launched earlier this year. This innovation aims to connect land and space, bringing machines, operators, and managers closer to rural properties through satellite internet connectivity in the brand's equipment.

More than just ensuring connectivity, even in regions where conventional signal is limited, Land Space integrates solutions that allow access to information and monitoring of operations in real time, providing greater security, efficiency, and agility in the management of agricultural activities.

In the planting line, Land Space includes, in packages valid for three years, Stara Connectivity, Stara Machine Monitoring, Stara Telemetry, Syncro Net, Conecta, and Zero Crushing. Furthermore, planters integrated into the ecosystem come from the factory with Row-by-Row Shut-off and Zero Crushing already calibrated, increasing precision and practicality in the field.
