A cutting-edge product with disruptive technology, the Fulltec Max multifunctional adjuvant has been a pioneer in plant protection for three decades.

In the last few decades science, technology and innovation, together with the availability of natural resources, made Brazil a major protagonist in the production and export of agricultural products. The challenges of sustainable growth in agribusiness to meet the growing demand for water, food and energy require constant evolution and application of intelligent management. The race technology for greater productivity, associated with sustainable development, has intensified in recent years and, along with this advancement, new problems related to phytosanitary management emerged. To meet this demand, Spraytec anticipated investing heavily in research and development in the evolution of Fulltec Max, precursor and leader of multifunctional adjuvants in Country. Agricultural pesticides are essential inputs for the production system agricultural, because when properly applied, they are effective in managing pests, diseases and weeds, avoiding economic damage. The improvement of efficiency in the application of these inputs and consequently the safety of the applicator and the environment must be achieved through evolution in the application process, in its various aspects. The application of pesticides is an operation carried out several decades ago, however, it is one of the activities that least underwent innovations during this period, and was still carried out with a high degree of empiricism. On the other hand, the use of phytosanitary products demands high technology and must be applied with maximum effectiveness and safety. A low efficiency in the phytosanitary control process, in most cases, leads to an increase in the number of applications, an increase in doses used and loss of productivity and profitability of crops, in addition to environmental damage. The inadequate application of pesticides, in addition to leading to inefficient control of biological targets, is generally associated with higher costs. Among the various factors that determine the success or failure of a pesticide application is the use of agricultural adjuvants, whose main objective is to improve the quality of the mixture and the application itself, protecting the crop to avoid financial losses. Spraytec's adjuvants segment is focused on development of sustainable, innovative and disruptive solutions, reducing environmental and social impacts with the efficient and rational use of resources natural. With more than 30 years of experience in the market and today undertaking eight countries, the company is a pioneer in application technology, always breaking paradigms and contributing to reduce losses in field applications, developing intelligent solutions that, through special formulations, allow customers to achieve the maximum productive potential of their crops.

The techniques employed in agriculture have evolved a lot in recent years, however, the problems involving the management of pests, diseases and weeds have evolved together. In this aspect, the main limiting factors in the use of technology application are related to increased resistance of pathogens and plants weeds, the loss of effectiveness of current chemical groups of pesticides, the reduction in the volume of syrup used, the increase in the number of products and their tank mixes, among others. The main losses resulting from applications can be attributed to drift, poor water quality, formation of foam, incompatibility between products, dripping, poor homogenization of the syrup, inadequate equipment and climatic conditions adverse. When all these factors interact, they can account for losses exceeding 70% of the applied volume, greatly reducing the quality of the application. Over two decades of research and consultancy in application technology, We did not find adjuvants on the market with properties capable of solving such problems with the same performance, effectiveness and cost-benefit as Fulltec Max. Fulltec Max is a complete, multifunctional product in low doses, biodegradable and with disruptive technology that, in the last 20 years, has presented a major technological evolution to meet the growing demand for solutions these new challenges in phytosanitary management, given that the area treated with the product went from 30 million hectares to 300 million hectares, portraying product growth correlated with the current scenario (Figure 1).

In addition to being a pioneer, it is the only one on the market with a special, differentiated formulation able to minimize these recurring problems, harvest after harvest, as it evolves constantly. Product with high solubility, absorption and translocation, in addition to present excellent synergy and physical-chemical compatibility with pesticides agricultural. It is a very stable, high-tech formulation, composed of high quality raw material. Fulltec Max provides a series of benefits in applications, as in small doses a single product presents surfactant characteristics (reduces the surface tension of the droplet), spreader (reduces the contact angle of the droplet with the surface), adhesive (increases the adhesion of the deposited product), surfactant (activator of surface), increases the electrical conductivity of the water (greater attraction between the drop and target), defoamer (prevents foam formation), adjusts pH (stabilizes the pH of the syrup to adequate levels), chelating (sequesters water minerals), anti-evaporant (reduces volatility), drift reducer (steam and particles) and syrup compatibilizer (product mixtures). In addition to reduce losses and consequently the environmental impact, Fulltec Max activates the secondary metabolism of plants, improving their resistance to factors biotic and abiotic. The success of pesticide application technology agriculture must be based on product quality (efficiency and selectivity), at the time of application (vulnerable target) and in the quality of application (reaching the target efficiently and without losses).

Therefore, We observed that when spraying a crop, it is necessary to ensure a perfect coverage of the target with the applied product and, in this sense, the Conditioning the syrup with a high quality product such as Fulltec Max is fundamental. Therefore, it is up to the qualified professional to prescribe the product more reliable, and the producer its correct use. It is worth highlighting that the inappropriate use or poor quality of these products found on the market can increase the toxicity of pesticides and cause damage to crops and the environment environment, cause physical-chemical incompatibility between the pesticide and the adjuvant, generating flocculation, precipitation, excessive foam formation and several other reactions that could reduce the effectiveness of the pesticide, causing great losses to the producer. To avoid such situations, it is recommended purchase good quality products manufactured by reputable companies traditional services, in addition to guidance from qualified technicians. The results observed in the field with the use of Fulltec Max confirm those found through research in national and international institutions and show that this product is the most modern and innovative in the field of pesticide application technology. In this way, technical information updated at the appropriate time is a constant concern for Spraytec, with the objective of greater operational performance, cost reduction, safety and rationalization in the use of pesticides, with positive impacts on the health of people and the environment, in addition to effectiveness and quality of application, maximizing the expected effects of each technology used in the production process plant protection in agriculture.
