Seed treatment with fungicides
Care required with the sanitary quality of seeds, whose chemical treatment with fungicides plays a fundamental role in preventing diseases in crops
The new Mahindra 6075 E tractor arrives to complement the 6000 line. It was developed for work in semi-dense crops such as, for example, coffee. Modern and practical, it offers contemporary design, excellent ergonomics, tilting hood, flat operating platform and excellent operating cost.
The 6075 E model is equipped with the Mahindra MSI-475 engine, four cylinders, 3.8 liters, 80 hp @ 2.100 rpm (ISO 14396) with ideal torque at low speeds, delivering low fuel consumption and high efficiency and operational performance. Mahindra engines were developed specifically for agricultural use, aiming for high performance and fuel economy. Its design that eliminates the front crankshaft pulley confirms the already established and recognized low maintenance characteristic.
The in-line injection pump guarantees more robustness and longevity to the system. This process guarantees even greater resistance to impurities present in the fuel, as it does not use it as a lubricant, but rather the same oil as the engine crankcase, resulting in reduced maintenance costs.
The synchronized mechanical transmission with reverser and speed reducer has 20 forward gears and 20 reverse gears. The transmission system consists of five mechanical gears and four groups (H-High, M-Medium, L-Low and C-Reducer).
Group and gear shift levers are ergonomically positioned next to the operator's seat, with groups located on the left and gears on the right. A direction reversal lever is positioned on the left side of the tractor, just below the steering wheel. This lever is used to change the tractor's forward direction (forward and backward) in any pre-selected gear combination. This function is useful in applications that require a lot of maneuvering. The great advantage of this reversal system is that the same forward speed will be used in reverse, ensuring less time and more agility in operations.
The Carraro Drivetech 20.09's renowned narrow front axle is designed for harsh working conditions. It has an excellent steering angle (up to 55°), a steering cylinder with a pressure of 175bar to provide more comfort to the operator and less effort when steering on rough terrain.
The 6075 E is equipped with an independent PTO system, meaning the power take-off works independently of the transmission clutch. The system offers three options: 540rpm @ 1.993rpm on the engine; 540E rpm @ 1.459rpm engine; and Reversal. The only tractor in the segment that has a PTO with a reversal option, bringing much more safety and agility to the most diverse applications.
The Mahindra 6075 E has a category II three-point hydraulic lifting system, with position and depth control, and can lift up to 2.600kg.
The hydraulic system uses a gear pump coupled directly to the engine, providing a maximum pressure of 190kgf/cm² and a maximum flow of 58L/min. It can be equipped with up to three double-acting remote control valves.
The brakes are disc, oil-immersed and mechanically actuated through independent pedals. It has a lock to allow the left and right brakes to be linked and activated simultaneously. The brake system is positioned in an easily accessible location, a detail that facilitates the necessary adjustments. The parking brake is activated by a lever system that is located to the left of the operator's seat.
The 6075 E tractor has an electrical system consisting of 12 volts, a 45A alternator and an 88Ah battery. Its electrical harness is made up of highly resistant shielded connectors, with the aim of preventing the entry of impurities and water.
The integrated digital instrument panel has all operating indicators very well distributed, in order to facilitate the daily operation of the tractor. The electrical system consists of headlights, direction indicator lights, brake light, parking light, instrument panel, alternator, fuse box and relays.
The operator platform is flat, easy to access, has excellent operating ergonomics, with the levers positioned within the operator's reach. It also has better positioning of the hydraulic lift actuation levers and remote control valves.
The operator's seat is ergonomic, built with high-resistance materials, and its adjustment options allow easy and quick adjustments according to each operator's body type.
In its standard version, the 6075 E is equipped with the 8.00-R18 R1 + 12.4-28 R1 tread. Mahindra offers three more tire options: 8.00-R18 R1 + 14.9-24 R1; 250/80R18 R1 + 12.4-28 R1; 250/80R18 R1 + 14.9-24 R1.
