Agribusiness technology accessible to any farmer

For some time now, the constant growth of technology has been discussed around the world. Its advancement in all sectors is admirable. Companies seek, through it, to guarantee more and more benefits and practicality to consumers. The agribusiness sector, with its important economic participation, has also been presenting more and more technological options to rural producers and entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector.

It is true that technology has arrived to help the agribusiness sector. Currently, the farmer can, for example, monitor his plantation in different ways and without having to leave the comfort of his home. One of the technological options that make this remote monitoring possible is the use of satellite images, which allow viewing through the producer's computer, a tablet and even a cell phone.

However, in Brazil the profile of many farmers indicates small properties, with family management and, in many cases, they are unable to hire a technical consultant or a mapping service for their plantation. Obviously, most small producers do not have the same purchasing power as large producers, but the needs, the “pains” continue to be very close. And this is natural, since in any and all work, we need to fight to grow.

So, how can a farmer who has few financial resources apply technology in his production? What are the ways to optimize time and save money, generating more profit and quality in your products? The answer to these and similar questions may lie in improving planning and management. This is the future of all organizations.

Most mapping technologies are not viable for small producers. However, there are already cheaper options on the market capable of offering maps, graphs and production numbers that are easy to view and operate. One of the solutions is to invest in tools capable of mapping and predicting productivity. Currently, it is possible to find this type of innovative technology through a system very similar to Netflix movie streaming, paying a subscription fee of R$19,90 and from R$0,20 cents per hectare. Therefore, I believe that planning and organization are fundamental to obtaining profit and growth in the agro segment. We often think that something is not within our reach, simply because we are not paying attention to innovation.

With this context in mind, I decided to write this article to show that there are already platforms on the market that provide access to fundamental and precious information for any producer, as they are capable of estimating, informing and projecting agricultural productivity in less than a minute. This is possible through a lot of technological development, research into methodological innovation, studies that resulted in a complex algorithm capable of making predictions with an accuracy rate greater than 90%.

This information allows for better crop planning, from identifying problems such as pests and applying inputs to marketing your harvest at the best time. My advice to farmers who are a little suspicious of new technologies is to prepare themselves to receive innovation. The future of Brazilian fields is bright and you can be part of it. Don't get caught up in the extent of your lands, see beyond, achieve more, be part of the revolution, realize your potential. We believe him.
